What to Do When Your Security Camera Goes Offline

Before assuming the camera is dead, run through a few checks.

Quick checks

1. Confirm the camera has power
2. Restart the app and check another device
3. Look at the DVR or NVR channel status
4. Check if other cameras are offline too
5. Restart the router only if the whole system lost remote access
6. Note when the problem started
